Il dispositivo effettua il taglio termico del tessuto durante la tessitura.

La temperatura di taglio può essere regolata indipendentemente su ciascuno dei taglienti.
E' prevista una regolazione di temperatura per telaio in marcia ed una per telaio fermo.(per evitare bruciature durante le fermate e nello stesso tempo permettere una pronta ripresa del taglio al riavvio della lavorazione).
A richiesta, può essere incluso nel dispositivo un controllo sulle resistenze di taglio, che permette di arrestare il telaio nel caso di rottura delle stesse.

 

This device carries out a thermic fabric cut during the weaving process. The cutting temperature can be adjusted independently on each cutting edge. One temperature adjustment is foreseen for the running loom and another one for the stopped loom (this avoids burnings while the loom is stopped and in the same time it allows a prompt cutting take-up at the weaving restart). On request the device can be equipped with a control of the cutting resistances, which allows to stop the loom in case of a resistance failure. Suited for each textile loom type.
